Link Mauve 0d714c2c0d Rename Ports to Unencrypted ports 
This makes it clear that these ports are specified to connect without
TLS, and hopefully lead to people using TLS ports instead by default.

Some template specialization were not found, because they were not declared
at the point they were used.

We moved things around, things are less inter-dependant, and also now it
works.
