docs(developer): Point to codeberg and not louiz.org
Since biboumi has moved from louiz.org to codeberg.org the docker image
is named differently, as well as under a new URL.

Rename the build directory in the e2e docker doc
To avoid conflicting with the “host” build/ directory. This way we don’t
need to remove/empty the build/ directory beforehand, etc.
